People in Systems is a Limited Liability Partnership with six equal Partners.  We do not employ people, and therefore have no ‘employer status’.  This makes us no less committed to promoting equality and diversity through our work.


We are a diverse group, in terms of professions, gender and ethnicity, and our collaborative work involves paying close attention to equality amongst us.  When we work with clients – individuals or organisations – we pay particular attention to the diversity of individuals and groups, with the aim of understanding the impact of our clients’ cultures, environments, systems and plans, and of our own interventions, on equality, diversity, inclusiveness, empowerment and healthy relationships. We make an equality impact assessment in each piece of work we do, and reflect on this as part of our ongoing review and consideration of our interventions.
