How we work

We begin by meeting to develop a joint understanding of your needs, and an idea of the sort of support we might offer.  We then consider this conversation, in confidence, as a team, before making a formal proposal as to how we might work with you. You may wish to focus this further before a final agreement is made, after which we begin work, with regular reviews to ensure our intervention is meeting your needs. 

We can offer a range of ways of working, including  

  • mentoring, coaching and role consultation for individuals
  • consultancy and support to clinical, service, or leadership teams
  • mediation
  • individually tailored development programmes addressing the design, organisation, relationships or performance of care systems
