Some of our work

Partners in People in Systems have recently been active in a range of kinds of work.

We have offered individual role consultancy to managers, senior clinicians and practitioners, researchers and academics. We have helped them to work effectively, as well as attending to their own well-being, in the organisations and system in which they seek to do their jobs.  This work has included helping people in difficult circumstances and transitions, as well as helping clients develop their ideas, plans and their ways of putting them into practice.

We have provided developmental programmes for senior practitioner and clinical teams to help them become more mutually supportive, creative and purposeful in their work.  This work has focused on their working relationships and engagement with each other, with colleagues, partners and commissioners.  Some of our clients have brought difficult, and sometimes longstanding, problems, and/or ambitious and complex aspirations, that need thought and careful negotiation.

We have supported the thinking of organisations and their staff, and inter-agency partnerships aiming to change, to innovate and to learn from what they offer and how they work together. Such work has ranged from ambitious 'whole system' strategies, to smaller and more focused projects.

Partners have worked with colleagues in the NHS and Local Government, the voluntary sector, business, academia and the senior clergy.
